Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to June 12, 2017. Cancellations received after June 12, 2017 are non-refundable.
If you would like to receive the membership rates for the 2017 Basic Course in Allergy & Immunology, please submit your membership application, supporting documents, and payment no later than Monday, June 12, 2017. If your membership materials are not received by June 12, 2017, you will need to register at the non-member rates.
