Payment and Delivery

My Canadian Pharmacy ships medications worldwide. We provide timely and confidential delivery to any destination. We process and ship the products within 1-2 working days.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship medications using the following shipping methods:

  • Standard AirMail delivery. Your order will be delivered within 14-21 days after it has been accepted. The maximum delivery term is 30 days. All packages are discreet and contain no inscriptions. Orders shipped using Standard AirMail are not trackable;
  • EMS delivery (express courier mail). Your order will be delivered within 5-9 days after it has been accepted. The maximum delivery term is 14 days. Orders shipped using EMS service are trackable. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Please keep in mind that the pharmacy does not process orders on weekends. If your order is placed on Saturday and Sunday, we will process it on Monday. You will receive an automatical email notification when your order is sent out.

Refund and Return Policy

If your order is lost during transportation, arrives damaged or some products are missing, we will resend it free of charge or offer a full refund. If this happens, please contact our customer care department using the “Contact Us” page.

Before submitting your order, make sure that you have entered the correct delivery information, as any inaccuracies may result in non-delivery of the products. If you noticed that you had entered a wrong delivery address, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible. We will not be able to offer you a refund if non-delivery of the products is due to a wrong delivery address provided by you.

Payment Methods

My Canadian Pharmacy accepts payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club, JCB) and e-checks.
